POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated professional to take ownership of our end-to-end product and project lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who can wear multiple hats combining strategic product vision, project delivery discipline, and analytical problem-solving.

You will play a central role in understanding business needs, defining solutions, planning delivery, and ensuring that the product adds real value to the organisation and its users.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Agile Project Management

  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation through launch and iteration.
  • Conduct user research, analyse data, and gather customer feedback to identify product opportunities and improvements.
  • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features and improvements.
  • Assist where required with software testing.
  • Prioritise product initiatives based on customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch, identify opportunities for optimisation, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Lead and facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Create detailed project plans including timelines, milestones - Proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and remove roadblocks - escalate where necessary to keep delivery on track.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Work with senior leaders to define and execute the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate and act as liaison between cross-functional teams (development, marketing, learning centre and operations) to ensure product requirements are met and delivered on time.
  • Act as a key stakeholder and advocate for customers, ensuring their needs and pain points are addressed in the product development process.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensure their needs are understood and considered during product development.
  • Provide regular product updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Governance & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure adherence to internal governance and delivery frameworks.
  • Translate complex concepts into clear documentation and communication.

Solution Design & Data Analysis

  • Analyse data, workflows, and system behaviours to support solution design.
  • Contribute to product strategy discussions and help set long-term product vision.

  • Relevant certifications a plus (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum, CBAP, Product Management certifications).
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering products roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies, including agile and lean approaches.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and optimise product performance.
  • Familiarity with product design and development processes, from concept to launch.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering great user experiences.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear documentation and communication.
  • Proactive, organised, and results-driven.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS – QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
