We are only looking for experienced Outbound Sales Professionals (UK Telesales)
If you have not worked in outbound sales (UK Market), this role is not for you.
What You Bring to the Team
- UK Market Experience: A minimum of 2 years working on outbound campaigns specifically targeting the UK market – this is essential and non-negotiable
- Outbound Sales Expertise: At least 3 years’ proven outbound sales experience in a high-volume, target-driven call centre environment
- Telecommunications Knowledge: A minimum of 1 year’s experience in telesales within the telecommunications sector, including products such as broadband, fibre, or related connectivity solutions
- Educational Background: Matric certificate (Higher Grade English advantageous)
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal communication and persuasive closing skills
- Driven & Service-Oriented: Self-motivated with a passion for customer engagement and high-performance sales
