REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric and Office Admin Qualification
- 2-3 years front end experience
- Computer literate with a proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Pleasant and vibrant personality
- Self-starter with minimal supervision
DUTIES:
- Screening and directing all incoming calls
- Assist with queries and relay messages
- Assist all on site visitors and informing relevant parties
- Book flights, accommodation and car rental for employees travelling
- Order and distribute stationery, office supplies and printing supplies
- Create works orders for any office related maintenance requirements
- Assist sales with ad hoc employee purchases
- Completion of credit application and submission of documents
- Requesting quotations and placing orders
- Managing boardroom schedules
- Assist with archiving of old documents
- Ad hoc admin
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
