Our client in Somerset West is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Matric certificate and an Office Administration qualification, along with 2-3 years of front-end experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, as well as a friendly and vibrant personality that contributes to a welcoming office environment. REQUIREMENTS:
  • Matric and Office Admin Qualification
  • 2-3 years front end experience
  • Computer literate with a proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Pleasant and vibrant personality
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision

DUTIES:
  • Screening and directing all incoming calls
  • Assist with queries and relay messages
  • Assist all on site visitors and informing relevant parties
  • Book flights, accommodation and car rental for employees travelling
  • Order and distribute stationery, office supplies and printing supplies
  • Create works orders for any office related maintenance requirements
  • Assist sales with ad hoc employee purchases
  • Completion of credit application and submission of documents
  • Requesting quotations and placing orders
  • Managing boardroom schedules
  • Assist with archiving of old documents
  • Ad hoc admin
HOURS:
  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
