Role Purpose The Senior Marketing Manager leads the strategic development and execution of all marketing functions within the Property and Lodge Group, with direct accountability for high-impact marketing deliverables related to the Vaal River City (VRC) development and the Private Reserve, and specifically the Lodge. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances brand value, increases market share, and drives stakeholder engagement across multiple platforms. The incumbent manages marketing as a Centre of Excellence and provides thought leadership and operational execution across all marketing disciplines including digital, branding, communications, PR, events, and content development. Qualification - Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Marketing, Communication, Brand Strategy, or related field (NQF Level 6 or higher). - Postgraduate qualification in Strategic Marketing, Project Management, or Property Development Marketing (advantageous) NQF Level NQF 6 or higher Experience - Minimum of 7 years in integrated marketing roles in both B2B and B2C environments. - Minimum 5 years in a senior strategic marketing leadership capacity, ideally in property, hospitality, or tourism. - Proven experience delivering brand, campaign, and lead-generation success for property developments and/or luxury eco-tourism destinations
