Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert diagnosis and treatment for kidney diseases and complex internal medicine conditions.
- Oversee dialysis unit operations, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, ensuring high-quality care.
- Perform advanced procedures such as renal biopsies and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and clinical protocols.
- Mentor junior doctors and staff, conduct training sessions, and support Continuing Medical Education (CME).
- Drive quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and research in nephrology.
- Contribute to strategic planning and collaborate with external healthcare partners.

- Kidney: 5 to 6 years
- Kidney Cancer: 4 to 5 years
- MD/DM in Internal Medicine with specialization in Nephrology (mandatory).
- 5+ years of experience, including 2 years in a consultant role.

- Strong leadership, communication, and commitment to evidence-based practice.
