Description:

EHL Engineering Group is a leader in providing innovative and reliable engineering solutions. We are seeking an experienced individual for the role of Project Controls & Administration Officer.

Within this pivotal dual role, the individual will ensure both the financial health and the administrative efficiency of projects. This position serves as the nexus between technical execution, cost management, and project administration.

The individual will be responsible for maintaining cost control systems, producing financial forecasts, and supporting administrative functions to ensure seamless coordination and compliance across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Interface.
  • Internal Coordination and Cost Management.
  • Project Budgeting and Cost Control.
  • Financial Governance and Reporting.
  • General Project Administration.
  • Manage daily administrative support for the project team including.
  • Maintain meticulous filing of project documents in line with ISO 9001:2015 standards and EHL’s document management system.
  • Assist with report and presentation preparation for both internal and client-facing reviews.
  • Organise travel, accommodation, and site onboarding logistics for project personnel.
  • Liaise with the Safety Officer to coordinate medicals, training, and all required safety documentation.

  • Estimating and Pre-Project Planning.
  • Communication and Integration.
  • Risk and Procurement Management.
  • Record Keeping and Document Control
  • Execution, Control and Close-Out

Key Qualification & Experience:

  • Financial background and in-depth knowledge of and experience in controlling costs in a Construction environment
  • Proficient in MS Excel, project cost systems, and document management platforms
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and document control practices

Skills:
Strong analytical and financial acumen
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
