Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized diagnosis and treatment for urological disorders, including prostate, kidney, and bladder conditions.
- Perform advanced urological surgeries (open, laparoscopic, endoscopic) with a focus on minimally invasive techniques.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and risk management in urology services.
- Mentor junior doctors and medical staff, conduct CME training, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Drive research and innovation by publishing studies and implementing evidence-based practices.
- Engage in community outreach to promote urological health awareness and preventive care.
