Description:

This dynamic and evolving group requires a seasoned CFO to provide strategic guidance at the board level, drive financial performance, and ensure robust controls and compliance across the business. The role demands a commercially astute executive with proven experience managing diverse teams, engaging across operations, and influencing decision-making at the highest level. This is a senior role requiring hands-on involvement as well as a strong focus on governance, leadership, and forward planning.

Other Duties Include:

• Executive-level oversight of all financial functions across multiple entities
• Strategic input into business growth, cost optimisation and capital allocation
• Presentation and reporting at the board level, ensuring group compliance and governance
• Leadership and development of a large finance team with multiple reporting lines
• Support M&A, risk, legal and commercial contracts as needed across the group
  Education:
  
  • Qualified CA(SA)
    Job Experience & Skills Required:
    
    • Minimum 15 years post-articles experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO/FD role
    • Extensive experience working at a board level within complex, multi-industry environments
    • Proven leadership ability across large, layered finance teams
    • Commercial acumen and the ability to influence strategic business decisions
