Description:
This is a high-impact role best suited to a finance professional who thrives in a changing environment and enjoys getting involved in the detail. Reporting into a larger group, the position requires someone who can adapt quickly, solve problems on the go, and guide the business with reliable financial information. The ability to manage people effectively, while remaining hands-on, is key to success in this role.Other Duties Include:
- Full ownership of monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting and submissions to group
- Cash flow, working capital, VAT, tax and payroll compliance management
- Preparation of annual financial statements and year-end audit support
- Oversight of debtors, creditors, reconciliations and internal controls
- Development and leadership of the finance team and process improvements
Education:
- BCom Accounting Degree
- Completed articles is advantageous
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a full finance function role
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or high-volume operational environments
- Ability to lead and develop teams while remaining hands-on
- Comfort working under pressure and navigating frequent change
