Description:
As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for the following:- Prepare and verify financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Submit forecasts, cash flow reports, and stock reports on time
- Analyze financial variances and present results to management
- Track and resolve financial non-conformance with action plans
- Ensure that actual results are reviewed and compared to the budget monthly
- Prepare audit files and support internal and external audit processes
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, IFRS, and legal regulations
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register
- Capitalize, depreciate, and dispose of assets correctly and on time
- Perform annual asset verification and reconcile with the general ledger
- Ensure compliance with SMETA and internal HR governance standards
- Respond to audit findings and maintain a no-findings record
- Follow financial reporting schedules and escalate major variances
What Do You Need?:
- BCompt Degree and completed articles will be beneficial
- 3+years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
