A strategic and dynamic leader with 2025 years of experience in industrial equipment sales and operations, preferably in pump technologies. Proven track record of managing regional business units, driving revenue growth, and leading high-performing sales teams. Strong understanding of Sub-Saharan African markets with existing networks among end-users, OEMs, consultants, and distributors. Demonstrated ability to lead operations and sales efforts across diverse and fast-paced environments. Technically qualified in Mechanical Engineering (B.Eng, B.Sc Eng, B.Tech, or Diploma). Fluent in English; proficiency in French or Portuguese is an added advantage.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share Lead business development efforts, focusing on key accounts, consultants, projects, and public sector opportunities Manage and improve operational functions including inventory, logistics, technical support, and customer service. Monitor performance metrics, control costs, and scale operations to support business goals. Mentor and manage cross-functional teams, promoting a high-performance, accountable culture.
