QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Job Purpose
Responsible for measuring work for payment programming and drafting monthly certificates.
Provide information for reports, record work variations, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Represent the company in discussions with engineers and architects.
Manage costs and contracts on construction projects, ensuring financial efficiency and regulatory compliance
PROJECT SCOPE
Involved in large contracts valued at R 300 000 000 and above.
Responsible for managing small contracts valued between R 50 000 000 and R 150 000 000.
Responsible for managing medium contracts valued between R 200 000 000 and R 300 000 000.
Minimum
Degree or BTech in Construction Studies or Quantity Surveying
Quantity Surveyors (5+ years experience in construction)
3 5 YEARS RELATED EXPERIENCE - Quantity Surveying
Pass of General Medical Assessment
Registration with the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP)
