Description:
The Customer Support Service Representative will be responsible for the liaison/communication between our company and its current and potential clients.
The successful candidate must be capable of assuming ownership for effectively and timeously resolving clients’ issues, complaints and inquiries in the pursuit of ensuring and maintaining our high customer satisfaction levels.
The successful candidate will be required to ALWAYS present themselves professionally (be it in person, e-mail or telephonically).
- Monitoring and maintaining customer support queries (Internal Ticketing system).
- Directing and assigning customer queries and phone calls to relevant departments.
- Handling and responding promptly to all customer support query and phone calls in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide and ensure customer satisfaction with good understanding of Company products and services.
- Help and navigate all customers through website, software, platforms, and all available products.
- Follow-up communication procedures with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Activating, cancelling, and upgrading of all SKU’s and licenses.
- Reissuing, resending of activation and welcome letters.
- Resolve and escalate customer complaints and concerns and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Understanding internal Admin/CRM systems, for loading and removing of clients.
- Adhere to Compliance protocols
- Processing Application FormsWealth management Systems
- Assist with accounts and sales related queries from time to time (Internal Ticketing system).
