Description:
Optimi is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented DebiCheck Consultant to join our dynamic Sales team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate must have strong telephonic sales experience, excellent administrativeskills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.
REQUIREMENTS
• Grade 12
• Sales/Marketing qualification (advantageous)
• Minimum 3 years in a sales-related role
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in English (written and verbal)
• Fluent in Afrikaans (advantageous)
DUTIES
• Make daily calls to customers for DebiCheck mandate acceptance.
• Initiate mandates where needed.
• Escalate technical/system issues requiring Hyphen support.
• Follow provided call scripts aligned with QA standards.
• Prioritise customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities (e.g., Optimi Plus products).
• Monitor daily mandate reports (BOD, Data Files, EOD).
• Administer related messages and ensure mandate status accuracy.
• Submit accurate daily reports on performance, trends, and insights.
• Assist in preparing reporting data for seniors and management.
• Ensure all systems and sales software are up to date with relevant actions and notes.
• Provide overflow support on leads and tickets.
• Assist team leaders and management with admin tasks.
• Reassign unallocated tickets and follow up on lead status.
• Follow scheduled work and break times.
• Complete after-call tasks efficiently.
• Prioritise work items based on urgency and impact.
