Description:
Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, email correspondence, and filing
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Run errands, including deliveries, pick-ups, and shopping
Manage household tasks such as organizing, booking maintenance services, and coordinating with vendors
Assist with business-related administrative tasks as needed
Handle confidential information with discretion
Perform ad-hoc personal and administrative duties to support daily operations
Requirements:
Requirements:Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in an administrative role
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace
High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Ability to work independently and take initiative
