OPERATIONS MANAGER (PORT ELIZABETH)

Description:

An experienced and driven Operations Manager is sought to oversee the management, operations, and maintenance of a water treatment facility. The role is responsible for ensuring the plant performs efficiently and meets all production, quality, and compliance standards. The successful candidate will lead a team of plant supervisors and technical staff while maintaining high safety and performance standards. Requirements:

• BEng or BTech in Chemical Engineering preferred (Civil/Mechanical considered with relevant experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced water treatment operations.
• Knowledge of RO, UF, Precipitation, and Clarification processes is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of plant processes and asset management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
• Strong ethical standards, accountability, and client-focused approach.
