About the Role
Were looking for an experienced Talent Consultant to support a high-performing engineering and project delivery environment. This is a hybrid opportunity with 1 day a week required on-site in Centurion and 4 days remote.
Youll work closely with internal stakeholders to drive end-to-end recruitment delivery, talent pipeline building, and process improvement. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and values both autonomy and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role needs and team dynamics
- Create and manage proactive sourcing strategies for engineering, project, and specialist roles
- Provide guidance on market trends, talent availability, and process enhancements
- Maintain high-quality candidate experiences and consistent communication
- Support onboarding and occasionally assist with employer brand or internal people initiatives
What Were Looking For
- 3+ years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consulting (agency or in-house)
- Proven experience sourcing and placing candidates in technical or project-heavy environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Highly organised and able to work independently
- Comfortable in both structured and agile talent environments
- Based in or near Centurion (for 1 day per week on-site work)
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting EPCM, engineering, or industrial sectors
- Familiarity with ATS tools and Boolean sourcing
- Ability to consult on hiring process design or pipeline strategy
