Description:
The Product specialist Reliability forms part of the Product Support Team covering the range of Underground hard Rock Products. The specialist will be required to drive customer support with primary focus on equipment reliability, performance and continuous improvements.
Basic Functions
- Product Support Lead for Equipment Reliability
- Evaluating and implementation of support structure
- Upskilling/training of support personnel,
- Take ownership of component warranty/failure investigations
- Machine preparedness, commissioning and analysis
- New machine and prototype trials
- Machine compliance and standard adherence
- Customer communication and technical support
- Documentation and records
- Maintenance, service and repairs process management
- Product improvement projects from inception through to implementation.
