Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the entire F&B operation at their luxurious 5-star game lodge. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest dining experiences, manage high standards of service, lead and motivate the team, and maintain budgetary and quality controls across all dining outlets, including fine dining, bar service, bush dinners, and special events. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets and events
  • Manage, train, and motivate service and kitchen staff
  • Ensure consistent delivery of 5-star service and cuisine
  • Monitor and maintain hygiene, safety, and presentation standards
  • Plan and implement menus with Executive Chef
  • Control stock levels, procurement, and cost management
  • Handle guest feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Minimum 4-5 years of F&B management experience, in a luxury lodge or boutique hotel
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and bar service standards
  • Ability to work in a remote location and adapt to a bush environment
  • Proficient in stock control and POS systems
  • High attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
