Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support on a 3 to 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience handling diary management, coordinating travel (local and international), and organising meetings both virtually and in person. This role requires a professional who is detail-oriented, efficient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management:
    Coordinate and manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle meeting invitations and follow-ups.

  • Travel Arrangements:
    Organise local and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transport, and itineraries.

  • Meeting Coordination:
    Schedule, organise, and prepare for meetings (virtual and in-person), including setting up video calls, booking meeting rooms, preparing agendas, and taking minutes if required.

  • General Administration:
    Handle day-to-day administrative duties such as document preparation, filing, expense tracking, and correspondence.

  • Stakeholder Liaison:
    Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication and timely responses.

  • Support Tasks:
    Provide ad hoc support to executives or team members as needed throughout the duration of the contract.
