The Racing Manager will be responsible for the racing growth of the Tote and Bookmaking area of the business. Ensure achievement of the Company’s strategic objectives, goals and targets.

You Bring:
- 5 or more Years’ Experience in Retail Horseracing
- 5 or more Years’ Supervisory Experience
What You’ll Do For The Brand:
- Liaison and relationship management with horse racing customers.
- Have regular meeting with the VIP customers within allocated area.
- Travel to various branches to meet with the VIP customers.
- Build and maintain a sound relationship with BSC.
- Manage and ensure customer reward initiatives are implemented.
- Address horse racing customer complaints, queries and compliments.
- Provide horse racing support and training to team members.
- Monitor and ensure month on month horse racing revenue growth.
- To manage the achievement of horse racing targets in accordance with operational procedures.
- Source new initiatives to attract and retain horse racing customers in the branch.
- Conduct continuous comparisons with competitor in the area and region.
- Looking at factors such as headcount, different product offerings, which factors give competitors an advantage over the company.
- Make recommendations to attract customers from competitors. Strive to be viewed as the market leader in the area and put initiatives in place to ensure that the company remains the leading competitor.
- Provide relevant reports and communication on horse racing matters and provide feedback to the Branch Manager.
- Regularly provide the Branch Manager and Leadership with timely and comprehensive business updates.
- Adhoc duties as per operational requirements.
