We need an individual that is highly tech savvy with regard to websites, Microsoft Excel and Word, someone who is passionate, hardworking and a quick learner that is deadline driven. You’ll be joining a team of professionals who live, breathe and sleep real estate.
Job description
· Loading properties to property portals such as Property24, Private Property, RNS; PLN; YouTube; Facebook; LinkedIn Google Maps etc.
· Copy checking
· Photo editing
· Client correspondence
· FICA Compliance
· Property Reports
· General administrative duties
Requirements:
- Property Administrator: 2 to 3 years
- Administrator: 6 to 7 years
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Must be a good team player with initiative
- Organised
- Cool, calm and collected
- Patient when dealing with multiple staff members and clients
- Ability to multitask and work across different projects
- Self-starter
- Previous switchboard experience, an advantage
Requirements
· Highly computer literate, with excellent skills in MS Excel and Word
· Must be well presented, hardworking and driven
· Strong administration and organizational abilities
· Experienced in client relations with a command of the English language and excellent telephone manner – A MUST
· Reliable and conscientious worker
· Previous work experience in office environment
· Attention to detail and speed
· Own vehicle and driver's license (not negotiable)
