Manage end-to-end Google Ads and YouTube campaigns: launch, optimize, scale, and report performance against client KPIs
Execute media buying across a portfolio of clients, prioritizing budget efficiency and ROI
Lead client communications: daily updates, onboarding calls, and monthly strategy reviews to build trust and align on goals
Analyze campaign metrics (CPAs, ROAS, conversion rates) to identify trends and implement data-driven optimizations
Stay ahead of platform updates, industry trends, and best practices to maintain cutting-edge campaign performance
Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Proven Expertise: 3+ years managing Google Ads and YouTube campaigns with a focus on lead generation and sales conversion
Analytical Rigor: Advanced skills in interpreting data (Excel, Google Analytics) to drive strategic decisions
Client-First Communication: Ability to simplify complex metrics for clients and confidently present results
