Bachelors degree in Property, Facilities, Operations, or Business Minimum of 10 years managerial experience within a property management company Demonstrated expertise in facilities management and asset management Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Experience in HR management and team leadership Proven track record in utility consumption management Solid background in retail and tenancy management Excellent stakeholder relations and communication skills South African citizenship is essentialKey Responsibilities:
Lead the operational and strategic management of property assets Oversee facilities management, ensuring compliance, safety, and cost efficiency Drive asset performance and long-term value creation Manage financial planning, budgeting, and cost control Direct tenant management, leasing strategies, and occupancy optimisation Develop and maintain effective relationships with tenants, service providers, and stakeholders Implement sustainability initiatives and utility management systemsThis is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned property professional to join a respected and growing organisation.
