Description:
The purpose of the position is to ensure effective alignment, planning and implementation of clients supply chain strategic, tactical and operational plans. The primary focus is to develop and manage the companys purchasing strategy within the constraints of a neutral working capital inventory model, warehouse capacity planning & management while maintaining clients inbound product standards, without compromising on assured supply to the market. Managing the Supply Chain Department which includes process compliance, people development and succession planning. Developing and managing the Companys relationship with both internal and external as well as the supplier base, enabling customer solutions across the supply chain and all geographical regions. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 with relevant Supply Chain or Logistics related Degree compulsory CIPS advantageous Valid Drivers License Minimum 8 years proven Leadership experience in Supply Chain Management within a FMCG or QSR environment.
