admyt is a leading digital parking management platform that revolutionizes parking through License Plate Recognition (LPR) software and Smartphone technology. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team, where you’ll tackle interesting tech solutions in a flexible, ever-evolving environment filled with new features to develop. Specializing in React Native development, UI/UX design, and deployment, with strong backend and API skills, you’ll take ownership of tasks across the full application stack—working on our React Native mobile app, Node.js backend services, and web portals. We value independence and need someone who can autonomously manage tasks, deliver intuitive UI/UX designs, and produce high-quality code. A key part of this role is gathering information independently from relevant parties and communicating clearly with support and stakeholders. Success here requires reasonable assertiveness, proactive problem solving, and adaptability to a fast-paced, never-boring workload.

What you'll do

• Mobile Development: Build and enhance our React Native mobile app for iOS and Android, delivering new features and optimizing user experience
• UI/UX Design: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications, applying UI/UX best practices independently
• Backend Development: Develop and maintain Node.js-based backend services and RESTful APIs to support mobile and web applications
• System Integration: Integrate frontend and backend components for seamless performance
• Unit Testing: Write and maintain automated unit tests for frontend and backend code to ensure reliability
• Mobile Deployment: Oversee app deployment to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Web Development: Contribute to React-based web portals, ensuring consistency across platforms
• Code Quality: Participate in code reviews to uphold standards for clean, documented, and maintainable code
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Independently gather requirements and information from relevant parties and provide clear, concise updates to support and other stakeholders

• React Native Expertise: Strong proficiency in React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on mobile app development experience
• Experience improving system performance, reliability and scalability, especially in production environments
• UI/UX Design: Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, with the ability to craft effective, user-centered designs independently
• Experience building and maintaining third-party API integrations (e.g. payment, IoT, or retail systems)
• Full-Stack Proficiency: Experience in frontend (React, React Native) and backend (Node.js) development
• API Development: Proven skills in designing and integrating RESTful APIs with frontend applications
• Unit Testing: Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha for automated testing
• Mobile Deployment: Experience deploying apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
• Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of databases (e.g., Postgres, MongoDB), server-side technologies, and state management (e.g., Redux)
• Independence: Self-motivated with a track record of tackling complex tasks and delivering results with minimal supervision
• Communication: Excellent skills in gathering information from stakeholders and communicating clearly with support and team members

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience, focusing on React Native, mobile apps, backend/API development, and self-directed UI/UX design
