Role Overview
The Operations Assistant will work closely with the Operations Manager and executive team to coordinate logistics, monitor service operations, and ensure seamless operations functions. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Assist in the daily operations of projects and services
✅ Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication between teams
✅ Support on-boarding of customers and suppliers
✅ Maintain records, reports, and operational databases
✅ Handle customer and partner queries via phone, email, and chat
✅ Monitor service dashboards, flag issues, and escalate accordingly
✅ Provide admin support to the Operations and Finance departments
✅ Assist with logistics, dispatch coordination, and reporting
Requirements
Matric (Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business/Logistics/Admin is a plus)
1–3 years of relevant experience in admin, operations, or logistics
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, cloud platforms)
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Able to work independently and under pressure
Flexible, reliable, and detail-oriented
Must have own laptop and stable internet (for hybrid/remote work)
