Role Overview:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales operations. You’ll be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing sales orders, maintaining CRM systems, and providing administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and track customer orders and sales documentation Maintain and update customer records on excel Prepare sales reports Coordinate communication between customers , sales, logistics, and finance teams Assist in preparing quotes Respond to client queries and provide support as needed Monitor inventory levels and liaise with procurement teamRequirements
Proven experience in a sales administration or similar role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred:
