Description:
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and recommend suitable training programs based on client needs
Develop or source custom training solutions
Prepare client-specific value-added proposals
Manage client sales pipelines, accounts, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Organize all training logistics, including venues, equipment, and courier arrangements
Maintain and grow the existing client base while prospecting for new business
Visit existing clients at least once a month to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities
Deliver professional client communication via meetings, calls, emails, and presentations
Maintain client databases, prepare reports, and assist with quoting and costing
Ensure timely feedback from clients and participants (evaluation forms and feedback matrices)
Collaborate closely with admin and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
Requirements:Minimum 1 year experience in the training and education landscape
Proven track record in sales and client relationship management
Post-Matric NQF Level 6 qualification (essential)
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
