Description:
My client, Property Manager in Ferndale, is looking for a more mature (retired) person to manage their complex. This individual will manage the grounds staff, maintenance teams, security staff and assist with insurance issues. Generally care take the premises and property.
Requirements:
- Complex Management: 5 to 6 years
The ideal person for this position must have some experience in complex management and be fit and healthy. Must be firm and strong and be able to handle difficult situations with residents. This is a live in position and candidate must have own transport. Must be computer literate and be able to handle basic accounting matters.
