Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accurate financial records for the business, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
- Prepare and process financial statements, budgets, and reports.
- Handle monthly and annual reconciliations of general ledger accounts.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant tax laws.
- Assist with financial audits and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
- Prepare VAT returns and ensure timely submissions to the relevant authorities.
- Liaise with internal departments to provide financial analysis and support.
- Assist with the implementation of financial controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Process payments and manage supplier accounts.

- Articles completed (beneficial but not mandatory).

- Strong understanding of financial management and accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- BCompt or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
