Description:
Admin/Dispatch Assistant - Data capturing, timesheet calculations, invoicing, filing and all related administrative duties as required. Receiving telephonic communication from clients and dispatching maintenance call-outs to technicians.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum matriculation certificate and at least 3 years office/clerical/administrative experience. You must have excellent communication skills (English) and be able to manage a high stress, high call volume environment while effectively multi-tasking other aspects of your responsibilities.
