Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the kitchen and stock room to ensure efficient workflow.
- inventory and stock levels, conducting regular stock takes and placing orders as needed.
- Assist kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and food quality.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to plan and execute menu items effectively.
- Implement and monitor best practices for stock control and waste reduction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and stock room.
