We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the dual role of Junior Accountant and Personal Assistant (PA) to the General Manager. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their accounting skills while also gaining exposure to executive-level support and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
- Assist with daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, cash books, journals and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports and summaries as directed by management
- Maintain accurate records of financial documents and data entry in accounting software
- Support monthly closing processes and internal audits
- Reconcile supplier and customer statements
- Provide support during budgeting and forecasting processes
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the General Manager
- Manage the General Manager’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and documentation
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Liaise with internal departments on behalf of the General Manager

- 3-4 years of relevant accounting or administrative experience preferred
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft OƯice (especially Excel and
Outlook) - Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure
- Professional demeanour and ability to maintain confidentiality
