We focus primarily on large turnkey projects, and manage the entire development process, from design to manufacture, installation and commissioning. CFW has extensive experience in fan and air technology engineering. The industries we serve include the mining, power generation, industrial processing, agricultural, marine / fishing, poultry, commercial and HVAC sectors
The company employs a diverse workforce with a strong skill set in engineering. We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to assist a team of mechanical engineers with ventilation projects. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who values career stability and wants to join a collaborative team experiencing significant project growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Interpret technical drawings and perform accurate costings
- Liaise with customers to provide quotes and updates on ongoing projects
- Manage projects from initiation through to completion
- Conduct site measurements to ensure project accuracy
- Prepare cost estimations and detailed quotations
- Provide administrative support to the department as needed
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- A tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, or a related field is considered an advantage
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Experience in engineering field either HVAC / ventilation / fans or applications is advantageous
