Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain comprehensive project and roll-out plans, and schedules to ensure timely project completion. Resource Coordination: Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project and team success. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, consistent, and effective communication with stakeholders at every level about project issues and progress. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimise impact on project timelines and budget. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. Team Support and Development: Support team members by providing guidance, resolving issues, and fostering collaboration. Self-development: Continuously improve personal skills and knowledge through training, certifications, and staying updated with industry trends, regulations and best practices.Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4 Advantageous: Bachelor''s degree in a related field Advantageous: Professional Project Management certifications. Advantageous: ITIL and agile certifications The Reference Number for this position is LJ602514 which is a Perm - Hybrid position based in Randburg offering a cost to company salary of up to R420K per annum negotiable on experience and ability .
