Key Responsibilities:Formulate and execute on Insures Digital strategy Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in bringing the Business Architecture input into the Digital strategy Participate and contribute to the architecture design forum Review technical designs and guide technical teams in implementing sound architecture Co-ordinate Insures digital initiatives and align to strategy Communicate the roll out implementation and change plan and associated road map in the adoption of digital technologies across Insure Ensure that the execution of the strategy is in alignment with our Groups overall Digital aspirations Lead the process to set and agree targets for the Digital Maturity Score and to co-ordinate the process to measure Insure against the Framework once a quarter Research products, services, to identify new opportunities whilst ensuring alignment to digital strategy to enable a more efficient and automated service delivery Manage the budget associated with the Digital projects, report on and propose risk mitigation for identified risks Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders Lead the development, improvement and modification of Insures digital systems Keep abreast of Industry and technological changes in the digital space Lead and co-ordinate the feature teams that will deliver digital related projects People, Talent Management and Leadership:
Lead teams of developers, supporting them in using Agile practices and software solutions that are fit for purpose Lead and manage the change impact on People associated with adoption and execution of SAFe, DevOps and New ways of work Development and maintenance of a competent team, providing leadership, succession and talent management through open communication and delegation of responsibilities Identifies and resolves gaps in skills, processes, and resources and provides informal and formal coaching support to team in their personal and professional development Customer Service and TCF:
Maintain a high level of service to customers (internal and external) according to the service standards set by the companyEnsure customers are treated fairly and that TCF management and training is done in conjunction with the Academy To ensure that customer service standards are maintained in accordance with service level agreements and to with technical advice and other assistance over and above the normal business systems duties Required Qualifications:
Matric essential IT Degree (Computer Science/ Information Technology) SAFe/ Agile/ Project Management Certification MBA or Similar Management or Leadership qualification is essential Required Experience (re
