Position Overview:
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our transactional & VAS product team. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Transactional Propositions to assist in the development, management, and optimization of transactional products and services. Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of transactional Propositions in the development and execution of product strategies for transactional products.
- Assist in conducting market research to identify customer needs, competitor offerings, and industry trends.
- Help define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on business objectives and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to drive product development initiatives.
- Participate in product testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure a seamless user experience and product reliability.
- Analyse data related to transactional and VAS products, such as customer behaviour, usage metrics, and performance indicators, to inform decision-making.
- Provide support to customers using transactional and VAS products, including answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and gathering feedback.
- Assist in monitoring regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Contribute to the creation of product documentation, training materials, and marketing collateral.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and market trends relevant to lending products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in product management, fintech, banking, or related industries
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality products and services to customers.
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and product management tools are a plus.
