- 2–5 years of Theatre experience
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance, best practices & risk management
- Leadership, mentoring, and teaching experience
- Commitment to ongoing learning and development
- Ability to problem-solve and make critical clinical decisions in fast-paced environments
