Description:

* Assist guests with making room reservations via phone, email, or in person.* Check room availability and provide accurate information to guests.* Enter reservation details into the BENSON accurately and completely.* Communicate with guests to confirm reservations, answer questions, and provide information.* Inform guests about room rates, packages, and special offers.* Maintain accurate and organized reservation records.* Address booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests, in accordance with policy andprocedure* Coordinate with hotel departments, to ensure the guest experience is of a high standard.* Upsell other properties in the group.* Maintain excellent relationships with operators and agents.* Ensure expertise on all property info is maintained at all times. Tertiary qualification in Hositality & Tourism preferred. Customer service qualification advantageous.

* Leadership, teamwork, and communication abilities
* Attention to detail and organizational abilities.


EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of 5 years experience in a central reservations roles is essential.
* Familiarity with reservation software a must, experience on Benson an advantage.
* Proven track record of being able to handle guest inquiries, concerns, and unexpected situations.
