Description:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
- General Ledger & Reconciliations:

- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of accounts, including banking reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate closing of financial periods.
- Taxation & Compliance:
- Prepare and submit tax returns, VAT returns, and other statutory regulations.
- Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance and report any variances.
- Support management with financial planning and decision-making.

- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Work with internal teams to optimise cash flow and manage working capital effectively.
