Our client is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and service-oriented Lodge Manager to oversee the daily operations of their luxury 5-star game lodge. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, smooth operational flow, and high standards of hospitality, staff performance, and lodge maintenance in a remote, pristine wilderness setting. Key Responsibilities:- Manage all lodge departments including front-of-house, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and guest activities.
- Deliver and maintain a world-class guest experience with personalized service.
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage budgets, stock control, and procurement.
- Liaise with owners, guests, and suppliers professionally and efficiently.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing a luxury lodge or boutique hotel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of hospitality standards and safari operations.
- Proficiency in lodge management systems
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Passion for wildlife, conservation, and exceptional guest service.
- Willingness to live in a remote area and work flexible hours.
