We’re looking for…

A Junior Receptionist who will be responsible for managing the switchboard and walkin clients.

Requirements:

You will be responsible for:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Handle basic administrative tasks, including filing and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
  • Ensure the reception area remains organized.
  • Support other departments with ad hoc administrative duties as needed.

Candidate Requirements

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans and English both verbal and writing.
  • Matric
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
