Requirements:
You will be responsible for:
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including filing and managing correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
- Ensure the reception area remains organized.
- Support other departments with ad hoc administrative duties as needed.

- Bilingual in Afrikaans and English both verbal and writing.
- Matric
