Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for building strong relationships with customers. The sales agent will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products or services, and closing sales to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new leads and follow up on existing leads
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Present and promote products or services to potential customers
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
