Warehouse Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations and manage the inventory and distribution processes efficiently. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, managing the receiving and shipping of goods, and ensuring the overall safety and cleanliness of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse
- Manage and organize the storage of goods to maximize space and optimize workflow
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as inventory turnover and order fulfillment rates
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline warehouse operations
- Track and analyze inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent stockouts

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
- Proficient in inventory management software and systems
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
