We’re looking for a seasoned recruitment/talent acquisition specialist who can own the end-to-end hiring process from sourcing and screening to onboarding while partnering closely with internal stakeholders to shape the future of our workforce.

This role is hybrid with an in-office presence in Cape Town.

What You’ll Do

  • Source & Attract : Use your headhunting skills, Boolean magic, and network to find top-tier talent across IT, consulting, and support roles.
  • Engage & Influence : Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike, ensuring a seamless and human-centred recruitment experience.
  • Own the Process : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Drive Results : Deliver high-quality hires in a fast-paced, high-performance environment – without sacrificing candidate experience.
  • Innovate : Bring fresh ideas to sourcing strategies, tools, and employer branding.

What You Bring

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience (internal or agency)
  • Proven success hiring for scarce skills (e.g., software engineers, Developers, AWS Data Engineers) and support roles
  • Experience in a corporate or consulting environment
  • Strong sourcing skills (Boolean, LinkedIn, ATS, etc.)
  • A sense of urgency , ownership , and professionalism
  • Bonus: Previous agency experience and a knack for stakeholder management
