A high-profile business leader is seeking an experienced and confident Executive PA to provide right-hand support in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This role requires more than just administrative expertise — it demands discretion, resilience, precision, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. You’ll act as the gatekeeper and anchor, ensuring seamless coordination of both professional and personal obligations while maintaining control over a demanding schedule.
You’ll be joining an executive who travels frequently across the country and abroad, and you’ll be expected to accompany them when required. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on structure, has sound judgement, and knows how to handle delicate matters with tact. This is not a role for someone easily rattled — it’s for the person everyone turns to when plans shift and decisions need to be made quickly.
Minimum Requirements:
8–10 years of experience as an Executive PA or C-suite Assistant
Strong financial acumen or background in finance (e.g., worked closely with financial data, budgets, or executives in finance-driven industries)
High emotional intelligence and ability to maintain confidentiality
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with calm, efficiency, and attention to detail
Comfortable with frequent travel, both local and international
Fully computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite, calendar and travel management tools)
Valid passport and driver’s license
Professional demeanor, confident communicator, and adaptable thinker
Preference will be given to candidates demonstrating stability and long-term commitment in previous roles
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive PA support to the executive, including diary management, travel coordination, meeting scheduling, and document preparation
Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate complex travel itineraries and ensure seamless logistical arrangements
Anticipate needs and proactively manage changes or disruptions to plans
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Monitor key deadlines, prepare briefing notes, and follow up on outstanding matters
Assist with personal admin and errands where required, particularly while travelling
Support basic financial administration, reporting, and reconciliation tasks
Liaise with senior clients and partners in a polished and diplomatic manner
Be the “calm in the storm” when unexpected changes arise
