Job Description
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Properties Reconciliation Clerk who is used to capturing bulk payments and can draft detailed reconciliations. This position will be based at our Head Office in Cape Town.
Key Responsibilities
Capturing Utility Payments onto the clients system (monthly);
Reconciling Landlord Statements to the clients system (monthly);
Handling Landlord queries Telephonically and via e-mail (daily);
Liaising with Landlords to obtain requisite supporting documentation (daily);
Calculating Annual Rates increases / decreases (daily)
Ad hoc projects (as they present themselves)
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Matric;
Minimum of 3 years Finance/Clerical experience;
Strong reconciliation experience essential;
Property reconciliation experience advantageous.

Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook);
Strong numeric skills;
Ability to work under pressure;
Able to prioritise and multi-task;
Able to work with tight deadlines;
Good communication skills.
