We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sales and Social Media Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online and offline sales, developing social media strategies, managing content creation, and enhancing our brand’s digital presence to connect with our community of mothers.

- Ms Office: 3 to 4 years
- Social Media Marketing: 2 to 3 years
- Social Media Skills: 1 to 2 years
Responsibilities
Sales Duties:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product sales online and at events/pop-up shops.
• Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Respond to customer enquiries and process orders via social media, WhatsApp, email, and other platforms.
• Assist with inventory tracking, stock updates, and sales reporting.
• Collaborate with the Founder to identify potential partnerships and retail opportunities.
Social Media Duties:
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content strategy accordingly.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and implement relevant content ideas (e.g. reels, carousel posts, influencer collaborations).
• Maintain a consistent brand voice that resonates with our target audience (mothers, pregnant women, and breastfeeding parents).
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and grow our online ey Responsibilities
Requirements & Qualifications
• Currently studying or recently graduated with a BBA or B.Com degree.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for visual content and branding.
• Passionate about maternal and infant wellness (bonus if you have a personal interest in breastfeeding or motherhood).
• Experience in sales, customer service, or content creation is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
